Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún All Inclusive

Great hotel with excellent service and really good food for an all Inclusive hotel! The Cevicheria was great and the sushi corner with Chef Vitalino was amazing!! We had sushi like 3 nights in a row!!!

This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff always made sure that we were safe, happy and entertained. Rooms and amenities were always clean. Pool was exceptional, and the food was beautiful. So grateful for this experience. Will definitely be back!

They did it again we are speechless!!!

Carlene, Miguel,Rodofo,Henry, Sebastian (el gomitas), Javier, Chef Axel, Chef Jonathan, Chef Manuel and Chef Adrian spoiled us from beginning to the end of our stay. Today is a very sad day because it’s our last day here. If you have the opportunity to come to this paradise ask for any of this amazing employees and be sure you will experience the best service ever!

We went here for our 2020 vacation with our family and baby. Our baby has been on a special diet since he was a month old (he’s 12 months now) where he doesn’t drink baby formula or breast milk. We were so stressed as to how we were going to provide him with the special diet on this trip since we couldn’t travel with any vegetables/grains/protein that are required for this special soup. Luckily -CHEF CARMEN- was super nice and accommodating to our family and took her time EACH DAY to make the soup, on top of her normal cooking schedule for the other guests in the hotel. Not only that but she went above and beyond to ensure that the soup would stay fresh by storing it in their industrial fridges and told us that we could ask for it at any hour of the day/night by calling room service. We are TRULY grateful that they have hired someone who goes above and beyond what their job description asks of them. We will never forget this! Thank you to our HOSTESS -GUADALUPE- for sending us over to chef Carmen. The service was great with all of our waiters and waitresses but one that really stood out was -OSCAR-, and our bartender -RODOLFO-

Great time with wonderful staff!

My fiance and I went to Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun for the first time in late November 2020 for 6 days. We had a great time and overall experience at this resort. What stood out the most to me was the service of the staff. They truly went above and beyond the for the guest. We always had fantastic service at the buffet, waiters even met you at the stairs to take your food to your table.

Just returned from my 8th trip to Cancun at five different resorts. FACC is now my all time favorite.

We loved everything about this place. This was our 2nd trip to Cancun. The room was disinfected every day. The public areas where also very clean. The staff were very friendly and were always asking us if we needed anything. The food was great in all the restaurants. The buffet was decent. Not a lot of choices like in some other places but still was good. Lot of other food options including Sushi (after 5) and a Ceviche place and a Mexican restaurant available during lunch

We recently had our wedding at Fiesta Americana Condesa, and as always the experience was AMAZING. The wedding was EVERYTHING I have ever dreamed of! Unfortunately, during our stay, my mother had an accident, but the hotel went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. If it was not for Fernanda (literally my life saver), I have no idea how I would have managed getting my mom home to receive medical care. Chef Joshue, as always provided delicious food, and Pedro, Rodolfo and Jose (at the pool) kept my wedding guests' drinks full. Paulina was the wedding planner and despite some bumps in the road, helped to plan our successful wedding. My husband and I will always spend our time in Cancun at Fiesta, and I would give them 10 stars if I could. When we left with my mom, the general manager Sergio, came to wish us well and safe travels. As I told Fernanda, I feel like the staff at Fiesta is like my family. Oh, and the wonderful surprises in the hotel room upon arrival and on our wedding night were icing on the cake, but I won't ruin it for anyone.

We have been planning our wedding with FACC for a little less than a year. It started with one vacation visit in June 2021 where we fell in love with the resort. During this exact visit we decided this was the only place to get married.

We initiated our plans with Miriam, our wedding coordinator. From our home in the US, Miriam kept up communication with us on everything we wanted for our special day. Fast forward to this weekend, surrounded by a small group of family, we had the most perfect day. We cannot begin to describe how perfect our day was. The details including the junior suite, champagne, snacks while we got ready, sitting with us to finalize details, our moms getting first class treatment, pool service with our friends, the wedding dinner/cake, the decor at the wedding, the resort food, we could go on and on.

Our guests had a great time and were so sad to leave. We could not have imagined a better vacation or wedding day. We would do it all over again!!
 

We had our wedding here last month, and I cannot get over how amazing everything was!! The food was incredible, and the staff were so friendly. Our wedding planner Alma was the best and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect (and it sure was!) they went above and beyond for us. The rooms were very clean and well kept, comfy bed. We can’t wait for our next trip back here - thank you Fiesta Americana team!

We knew that we wanted to get married in Cancun, but we didn't know where. We took a trip to visit a few resorts a year ahead of time, and the first two did not work out. We were on our way to Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun, our last resort, and we were worried that we were out of luck. But when we arrived, we absolutely fell in love with the place. Everyone was so friendly, the food was amazing, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great visit. After that, it was an easy decision.

The year in between that trip and our wedding involved a lot of planning! Thankfully, we had Miriam and her team there that was always willing to answer any question we had, no matter how minor or ridiculous. And it was always easy to hop on a call with Miriam to discuss many details or questions at once. It was also great to take the planning visit a few months before the wedding as well: we met with all of the vendors, planned out a lot of the final details, and still got to relax on the beach!

Our wedding was pretty large for a destination wedding, as we had 100 people total. Despite the large group, Miriam and the wedding team made everything incredible!
They delivered all of the welcome bags without issue, coordinated a Welcome Party the night before, and were around for every thing we needed. Everything was exactly on schedule and they did not forget any of the details of the ceremony or reception that we had discussed. And all of the banquet staff, bartenders, and everyone else involved in the wedding at the resort was unbelievable: always very attentative, helpful, and kind.

We have had many people ask us after the wedding how it went, and we always tell them it was absolutely perfect. You expect a few things to go wrong with any wedding, but we didn't even experience that, thanks to Miriam, her team, and the entire resort staff. If you are looking to get married at a resort in Cancun, I cannot recommend Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun enough!
