The service from the whole staff was above and beyond with a genuine feeling. The hotel just opened about 2 months ago and is beautiful each area is related to a region in Oaxaca, the room is spacious and gorgeous. The hotel is at walking distance to Plaza Santo Domingo, Zocalo and many of the best restaurants of Oaxaca if you need a taxi the staff will support you to get a reliable and safe taxi. I really hope they keep this standard of service and other hotels will follow you.
