Amazing place! It was my first time here and I loved it I will definitely come again next year, food and drinks is good and Jhon is our favorite server Here super nice guy! The ocean view is also incredible 100% recommend to visit.

My wife and I went on our Honeymoon to Live Aqua in October 2020 from the 4th to the 12th. Upon arrival we were greeted with open arms by Angelica and went over how things were ran at the hotel. We upgraded to the oceanfront room and were given complimentary Aqua Club bands. The room is great but didn't necessarily need the Aqua Club.

There are plenty of restaurants if you are a foodie but we enjoyed the Varenna (Italian) and MB the most. During the day Jose's grill is an absolute must between Friday and Sunday! I ate several servings a day from Jose's grill. Jesus, Chef Norvallen, and Chef Willan took care of us at dinner!

We travel to Mexico, Cabo, Puerto Vallarta and Cancun. These are the best accommodations, serving, and food we have ever had. Bruno in the Seafood restaurant made us feel at home and that all our needs were met. Danny in the Club lounge made the best Bloody Mary my husband has ever had. My massage was amazing. The beach is ideal and beautiful.

We planned a destination wedding here, and it was absolutely phenomenal! We had 26 guests and every single one of them was blown away by how fantastic the resort was. Not only was it beautiful, but the FOOD…The food was AMAZING! We had two chefs in our group and even they were impressed. The service was fantastic as well, everyone was beyond helpful and friendly. They truly go above and beyond to make sure each and every guest is happy and has everything they need/want. There are also lots of included activities for guests who want to do more than relax by the beach or pool, as well as exciting night life options! There are tons of upgradable amenities as well, including their fantastic spa. We had a wonderful couples massage and a few of our guests booked massages and facials - highly recommended!!

All in all, the entire resort is fantastic and well worth the money! We will definitely be back.
 

My wife and I would love to thank Christi and Ruddy for blessing us with there presents. We loved our room and service from the both of them. We loved everything, the accommodations, on to the food. Choose Live Aqua for a Vacation stay!

The team at live aqua seriously go above and beyond for one's comfort. Everyone is very welcoming but my biggest surprise came from 2 employees. Guadalupe grilling by the pool, and coordinator Cristy. Both of them made me feel like family, cared about and taken care of. Cristy had surprises lined up for us and we couldn't have been more happy with the results. Definitely will be coming back and recommending this place to everyone!

Christi the wedding planner was an absolute dream. She was so welcoming and wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and so comfortable. 100% luxury the whole time. The turn down service was my favorite part! The wedding and the wedding surprises were gorgeous. All of the food and drinks were delicious #Abantowedding2022
 

Successful and beautiful ceremony coordinated by Christy (Wedding Manager) and Morelia (Wedding specialist)  .. thank you to them both for their attention to detail, help from the beginning planning stage until the day of the ceremony! Christy is the absolute best and so nice! I couldn’t have planned this ceremony without them. I coordinated with them via email and by phone several times and they always made time for me! I recommend Live Aqua (Wedding dept) and ask for Christy / Morelia!

We had our wedding at Live Aqua Cancun on 8/20/2022 and it was absolutely beautiful! Christy the wedding planner went above and beyond for us making sure all of our needs were taken care of. She was easily accessible through What’s App, email, and phone. Christy exceeded every expectation we had and made my dream wedding a reality! She was very personable and made sure we had all of our favorite snacks the day of the wedding while getting ready. For our rehearsal dinner they made us a surprise dessert tray which included an edible picture of us from our engagement pictures. Christy also went out of her way and had her staff make a wheelchair accessible ramp on the beach for my grandma. All of the staff were very welcoming and attentive to anything we needed. Planning a wedding can be very stressful but Christy took care of everything for us and included us every step of the way. Our wedding was truly magical and I cannot thank Christy, the wedding team, and Live Aqua Cancun enough for making our day the best day ever! We can’t wait to come back!

My now husband and I started planning our wedding at Live Aqua fairly last minute (July 2022, for NOV 22) and none the less, Christy Mañana was very excited to take our business & make our dreams come true. We had a few places on our list, and because of Christys professionalism and consistency, we choose to move forward with Live Aqua, & we are so happy that we did.
From the moment we walked into the resort, we received over the top service through our entire stay at Live Aqua..The staff went above & beyond for absolutely everything! The food was incredible & Geraldo, the bartender at the sky lounge made the BEST espresso martini!! The staff and management here at this resort truly care about their guests & their experience!
Now the wedding:
Our wedding date was Nov 2nd, 2022. The only day in the entire week that we encountered hurricane level storms (ahaha) as you can imagine, we originally planned to get married on the beach.. although this unfortunately did not happen, Christy & her team dedicated themselves to putting together the best plan B option for us & we were all absolutely blown away. The wedding turned out better then I could have ever imagined & I nearly forgot that I was even suppose to have a beach wedding!!
Planning with Christy was so fun & very stress free. She has the most loving personality & really cares about you & your day, if your trying to decide which venue to move forward with for your big day (I know there are SO many) do yourself a favor and choose Live Aqua! You will have the most incredible team of people taking care of you every step of the way! I can’t recall ever being concerned about a single detail, the team handled it all so elegantly & with so much grace. My friends and family are a VERY wild bunch & this still did not change the calm & friendly demeanor of the staff through out our experience.
To top it all off - The day follow our wedding, Christy & my husband put together a secret private first dinner on the beach. This was the most incredible & intimate experience that really meant so much to me. With having to move out wedding off the beach, being able to have this experience the following day made it all feel so “full circle”
We are already counting down the days for us to come back. We will ALWAYS choose this resort for every vacation to Cancun & every special occasion/Event moving forward.
We are 2 weeks after the wedding now & our wedding is still the only thing that our friends and family are talking about!!
Special shout out to one of our severs ,Alberto! He frequented many of our events through out the week & it was always such a pleasure interacting with him. He also fanned me with a menu before I walked down the aisle to help me keep my composure, lol which I thought was very kind because he noticed I was freaking out & came to the rescue.
I can’t say enough nice things about this resort, the people that work here & Christy!
Christy, Thank you so much for the bottom of our hearts for making our experience at the resort & over all wedding day so unforgettable. You are an absolute asset to your team at live aqua & you will forever be one of our favorite people that we’ve encountered through out our lives. <3
 

I went to Live Aqua to get my best friend married to the man of her dreams. We could not have picked a better location to have this ceremony! The customer service here is top notch, they leave you feeling like family! Christy was our wedding coordinator, and I can not say enough good things about this woman! She took care of this wedding as if it were her own. She left no stone unturned and was so accomadating. I can honestly say I dont think the wedding would have been nearly as perfect as it was , if it wasnt for Christy and her over the top amazing service! The resort and the staff is more than enough to keep returning to this paradise! We were treated like royalty ! Live Aqua will be in our memories for a lifetime. And i believe, will become an amazing spot for our family reunions ❤️ Thank you Christy and Thank you Live Aqua !

Live Aqua has been a favorite of ours for several years now, but this past month we had the pleasure of getting married there. First of all, shout out to Christy - she made our dream wedding come together and was such a joy to work with!! As our wedding coordinator at Live Aqua, Christy made sure our day was perfect but also leading up to the big day she kept us informed and put me at ease. She made the whole experience joyful and stress-free, so a big THANK YOU to Christy for pulling it all together so beautifully and making it look effortless. Our wedding vendors were spectacular. Thank you to Angela and her team at Dezibel for taking two decor visions and meshing them perfectly to create an “Elegant Boho Chic” vibe that was gorgeous and so fun. I was blown away by the flowers and decor and could not have been more pleased with how Angela made my decor wishes a reality (hello hat wall! ;) ! I’m really looking forward to seeing our pictures and videos from Mike Cantarell’s team, our photographer Tamara and team were fun and fantastic as was the hair/makeup team from Anastacio Brides, and our DJ from Audio Producciones Cancun kept the party going. Also, thank you to Morelia who helped us out in the beginning and met with us during our onsite visit - you were a huge help to us in those early days! So thank you all for the most magical day. I’ve loved Live Aqua for several years now, but you all made our memories extra special and took our love of Live Aqua to the next level.
