My parents and I arrived to the hotel right after a hurricane...hotel staff and service helped to completely forget about that fact during our stay; they were friendly, gentle and dedicated.

The Explorean hotel plans daily activities for all guests to enjoy and have fun. Activities include bike rides, kayaking, visit to local beaches, snorkeling, etc. The activities and the guides are amazing! They make your experience fun and unique. Kudos to Ruben, Luis, and Renata. Amazing activity guides!!!

Great service. Everyone working at the hotel (the restaurant staff, cleaning staff etc) is kind and professional (special shout-out to Alfonso, excellent waiter and the to the bartender).
The activities offered by the Explorean are well planned and executed, particularly the kayak and paddle with Adrian and Marcelo.
If you stay here don’t miss on visiting the “Cielito” it definitely honored its name, you will feel in heaven.
