ANTIGEN TESTING AVAILABLE WITH A SURCHARGE AT LA COLECCIÓN RESORTS UPON REQUEST

To fulfill the needs of our guests, La Colección Resorts by Fiesta Americana continues to operate our Travel with Confidence program, which implements the most effective cleaning and sanitizing measures to offer guests memorable experiences in the safest environment possible.

For travelers who require a COVID-19 test to return to their countries of origin, our Concierge is ready to assist in coordinating an appointment for a COVID antigen test performed by a local laboratory in the comfort of our hotel facilities. All they need to do is contact our Concierge 72 hours before departure to schedule the appointment at the most convenient time.

For reservations made prior to June 13, 2022, the antigen COVID test will be free for our guests. Guest booking after this date, will have access to the antigen COVID test at an additional cost starting at $30 USD, varying based on region, provider, and demand. Tests are subject to availability; we will continue offering this service until the government mandate is lifted.

As a protective measure, please note that during your check-in, you may acquire the Travel with Confidence Protection, our own insurance program that covers any accidents or illnesses (including COVID-19) during your stay at any of our hotels at a discounted rate of 50% of the per night cost of your accommodations.
